Brandon, MB (CKLQ) - Police say five people are now in the custody of law enforcement on charges of robbery and forcible confinement.
Officials say the suspects kept several victims tied up in their home for more than two weeks, threatening them with firearms, and knives, and then finally robbed them.
Two more suspects in the case were arrested this week, a 32-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man. Each has been charged with two counts of forcible confinement and robbery.
In early September, two other individual, both women, were also arrested on similar charges.
BPS reports a fifth suspect was also arrested in Regina this week and will be appearing in Brandon Court.
Police say these confinement incidents took place from August 12 - September 3, where the victims were tied up, threatened with firearms and knives and had their personal property stolen.
Police are still investigating this crime.
