A semi that clipped a hydro pole on the Trans Canada Highway resulted in the loss of power to about 236 hydro customers in the Kemany Area early
Scott Powell with Manitoba Hydro says they received the first call about the outage around 4:20 in the morning and Hydro crews quickly responded.
Powell says crews got the wires off the highway and restored power to its customers. Hydro Crews waited until daylight to replace the hydro pole to make
sure the repair work was done safely.
