Brandon, MB (CKLQ) – While training for his next title fight Brandon’s Curtis Demarce is seeking sponsorship for the bout.
His bout with Kyle Prepolec headlines the BTC 5 Typhoon in Windsor, Ontario March 9th.
This is the last week to get in on sponsorship packages ranging from bronze to platinum starting at $200.
"You’ll get advertising and marketing for yourself or your company, your logo will be planted live on TV and worldwide on my shorts banner and mock ups, fight shirt, you’ll be announced at pre and post fight interviews as well as on my social media," Demarce said.
Interested parties can message curtisdemarce@gmail.com or contact Demarce’s management at ANDYDHILLON@Hotmail.com.
"It’s a great opportunity to promote a local athlete as well as your business," Demarce says.
Demarce will be fighting for the MMF BTC Super Light Weight title against scrappy south paw Kyle Prepolec.
"He’s one of those guys that that brings a hard work ethic into the ring, you know, he’s just a hard worker, he’s a lefty so he’s a little unorthodox," Demarce said.
Demarce says he’s prepared as best as he can and is looking forward to bringing the belt back to Brandon.
"My goal is to just overwhelm him. I’m going to put pressure on him that he’s not going to be able to deal with and I think my overall experience is just going to be too much for him," Demarce said.
Fight fans can expect high energy right from the first bell.
"I’m just going to keep putting the pace on him, I’m just going to get in there and throw a high volume at him and eventually just break him with pure pressure," said Demarce.
Demarce aka the "Comeback Kid" and "The Demon Demarce" has been fiercely training with good company in Alberta.
"I’m training at the Little Sweat Shop, lot of great guys here. Spencer Jebb,Tanner Boser some of the top athletes out here in Western Canada," Demarce said.
To change things up Demarce has been making regular trips from Edmonton to Calgary.
"I’m also heading into Calgary every weekend and training with Hakim Lovato from UFC and Jesse Arnett my good friend who is number one bantam weight in Canada right now. So I’m getting good work in!" Demarce said.
The Demon says training in the higher altitudes of Alberta is giving him an added edge.
"Training near the mountains in general helps my breathing and I’m doing a lot of volume training and under water swimming too so it’s good and I’m feeling really confidence right now," Demarce said.
For those who can’t make it out to see the fight live in Windsor it will be available on the fight network or you can get details on where to live stream it here.
