Brandon, MB (CKLQ) - Brandon is back in the top 50 when it comes to the best places to live in Canada.
Moneysense Magazine released its annual ranking this week putting the Wheat City in the 50th spot.
The top three features included home affordability, transit, and healthcare availability.
The list says the average value of primary real estate in the city is $285,708, while the average rent is $844.
On the healthcare front it says Brandon has two doctors for every 1,000 residents.
Manitoba's top community was Springfield at number 36, Winnipeg came in at 45.
