CANADA DAY CELEBRATIONS!
BRANDON, Riverbank Discovery Center. 1:00pm Opening ceremonies,Fireworks @ Dusk.

BRANDON, Legion Branch #3 (560-13th St. East),
invites members, guests/families to the celebrations. Doors at Noon. Cash Draw, Silent Auction, Games,etc.

BRANDON, From 11am-3pm at the East End Community Centre there will be a large tent with seating, free pork-on-a-bun/drinks & snacks and even a live band!SIFE (students in free enterprize) members will run games and booths for children & parents to participate.

VIRDEN , 1pm-3pm pool party for kids/teens for $1. 2pm car parade, 3pm entertainment in Victoria Park, 5-7pm food booth open/picnic area, 5-6pm DJ, 6pm Official opening, 7-9pm music by "Swamp Gas", 9pm closing ceremony, 10:30ish fireworks by the Fire Fighters of Station #1.

BOISSEVAINE,Goodon Wildlife Museum 11am-4pm, Noon cannon/candy cannon demonstrations & refreshments. Fair Grounds 6pm-Midnight. Free kids carnival 6pm-8:30pm, Opening ceremonies at 8:30, fireworks at dusk!

RAPID CITY celebrations at Rapid City Beach

ROSSMAN LAKE, Events start at 1pm

KENTON, Pancake breakfast 9-11am in the Memorial Hall. Car Rally 9:30am-12:30pm, register at the Hall. Legion patio beer gardens until 2am. Hamburgers at the last check stop of the car rally at the Sports Ground. BBQ from 5pm-7pm in the Hall.

CARBERRY, Street party on the historic Main Street. Street is closed to vehicles for live music from Noon-10pm. Sidewalk sales, displays and food vendors!

MINNEDOSA: Events start at 1pm, with kids activities 2 to 6pm, Show 'n Shine 2pm, live entertainment all afternoon, Free weiner roast 9:30-10:30pm, Fireworks over the lake at Dusk.

NEEPAWA, Lions Riverbend Park. Kids activities 7-10pm. Supper 5-6:30pm, free swimming at the pool 6-9pm, Entertainment at 7pm, Fireworks at dusk.

MELITA: Their Canada Day fireworks display has been postponed until July 8th.

Westman Dreams For Kids Auction

The Westman Dreams for Kids Auction kicks off at 7:30 this morning.  Bidding starts at $100.  Call 727-7827 or 1-866-727-7827 to make your bid!  Bidding ends at 9am.

You could win:

- Entry for 5 into the Westman Dreams for Kids Golf Tournament @ Glen Lea Golf Course (over 20,000 in prizes with dinner to follow)

What is Dreams for Kids ?

The Westman Dreams for Kids Foundation Inc. is a non-profit, local registered organization dedicated to helping kids in the Westman area who are affected by a serious illness.

Our Goal

At Westman Dreams for Kids we have one simple goal: to give children facing a serious illness, disability or health challenge, something to smile about.

A Local Organization

All funds raised through Westman Dreams for Kids are used to benefit children living in the Westman area.
