All prizes can be picked up at the radio station (unless otherwise advised) at 624 14th Street East Brandon Manitoba during regular office hours, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Please be prepared to show ID when collecting prizes.

1. Limit of one winner per household.

2. All winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified.

3. Limit of one prize win or contest entry every 30 days.

4. Winners has 30 days (unless otherwise instructed by the participating radio station) to pick up their prize(s).

5 .Prizes have no cash value. Prizes must be accepted as rewarded and cannot be exchanged for any other items or cash. No substitutions or rain cheques will be permitted.

6. Employees of Westman Communications Group (CKLQ and CKLF) and all participating sponsors, their immediate families (spouse including common-law spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter) or members of the same household (related or not) are not eligible for entry to the contest.

7. In the event of "Enter to Win" contesting Westman Communications Group (CKLQ and CKLF) is not responsible for illegible handwriting, lost or mutilated ballots and/or incomplete ballots.

8. .Any decisions made by Westman Communications Group (CKLQ and CKLF) shall be final.

9. Westman Communications Group (CKLQ and CKLF) reserves the right to change, substitute or cancel the prizes should unforeseen circumstances arise (ie. labour strikes, cancellations, prize unavailability).

10. Westman Communications Group (CKLQ and CKLF) their affiliates, sponsors, advertisers, employees and families assume no responsibility for any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses the contestant may incur while taking part in or resulting from participation in this contest and/or redemption of any prize.
